Effect of mouth-care using magic solution in management of oral mucositis among patients undergoing chemotherapy

Background: Patients how that received a chemotherapy will experience some degree of oral mucositis. It starts off as erythema and a burning sensation and can progress to extremely painful ulcerative sores, which makes it difficult for people to eat and speak and lowers their quality of life. This study was done to find out how using magic solution to manage the mouth affects how much oral mucositis a chemotherapy patient has. Method: A quasi-experimental design was used in this study conducted in the Babylon Oncology Center at Babylon governorate for the period from January, 25, 2023 to May, 17, 2023, on a sample of (40) patients undergoing chemotherapy with oral mucositis.
