Adjuvant hormonal therapy should be a treatment of choice in breast cancer patients with positive level of receptors, both pre- and postmenopausal. Among available methods of hormonal therapy we can choose between antiestrogenic steroids, aromatase inhibitors and LH-RH analogs depending on hormonal status of patient, patients’s chronic diseases and their preferences. In this article, important questions regarding selection of hormonal manipulation, optimal sequence of different methods and duration of hormonal treatment will be discussed.
