Abstract
Author(s): Janusz Bartnicki
The author, having acquired an experience of over one year in SILS (Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery) hysterectomy (29 operations), also called single-incision hysterectomy, performed two operations of the uterus and adnexa removal due to endometrial cancer at the advancement stage IA (G1 and G2). The work presents the author’s own surgical experience and practical advice for colleagues who plan to introduce the new operational technique. All the operations, both for oncological and non-oncological reasons, proceeded without complications. No postoperative complications were observed.
