The problem of hematogenous metastases from endometrial carcinoma is presented in the paper. Methods and results of the treatment patients with metastases to the lungs, liver, bones and brain are discussed. In the part of the patients, freedom from local and other distant recurrences, the radical treatment with great survival benefit is possible. This radical treatment contain in patients with, metastases to: the lung or liver – resection of metastases combined with hormono- and/or chemotherapy, the bones – radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy, and brain – resection of metastases combined with radiotherapy or stereotactic radiosurgery. Hormonal- and chemotherapy play a major role in the palliative management patients with metastases to the lung, liver and bones.
