Wznowy loko-regionalne u chorych na niezaawansowanego raka endometrium

We present the literature review regarding treatment outcomes and prognostic factors in patients with non-advanced (FIGO I i II) endometrial cancer primary treated with surgery and adjuvant radiotherapy and recurred locoregionally. We concluded that distant survival rate in these patients does not exceed 20-30% and independent prognostic factors are recurrent free interval and location of relapse.
