The aim of this work was the assessment of post-irradiation complications, based on the KT image of patients irradiated post-operatively due to malignant brain glioblastoma. The medical documentation consisted of 106 KT tests of the patients. The assessment of the 106 KT tests was carried out in the following three aspects: 1). Lesions associated with the surgery, 2). Lesions associated with the malignant tumor, 3). Lesions associated with the radiation therapy. Post-irradiation lesions appear during the first three months following the end of the radiation. A generalized atrophy of brain tissue and post-irradiation ischemia occur at least 12 months after the end of radiation therapy
