Histerektomia wspomagana laparoskopowo (LAVH) z limfadenektomiÄ… w przypadku raka endometrium

A retrospective analysis of LAVH with lymphadenectomy procedures performed between 1997-2007 in 50 patients with endometrial cancer in stage I is presented in the paper. Pelvic lymphadenectomy and LAVH/BSO were performed in 2hrs 47min average, mean amount of the collected lymphatic nodes was 14. The average paraaortic lymphadenectomy took 47min and the amount of nodes was 9. The advised in Germany necessity of excision of 15 paraaortic lymph nodes is discussed.
